Mara\u011fa r\u0259s\u0259dxanas\u0131 v\u0259 onun banisi N\u0259sir\u0259ddin Tusinin elmi nailiyy\u0259tl\u0259ri d&uuml;nya astronomiyas\u0131n\u0131n inki\u015faf\u0131nda \u0259h\u0259miyy\u0259tli rol oynam\u0131\u015fd\u0131r.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">XX \u0259sr elmin dig\u0259r sah\u0259l\u0259ri kimi, astronomiyan\u0131n da Az\u0259rbaycanda v&uuml;s\u0259t ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d&ouml;vr olmu\u015fdur. \u015eamax\u0131 Astrofizika R\u0259s\u0259dxanas\u0131n\u0131n (\u015eAR), onun y&uuml;ks\u0259k da\u011f m&uuml;\u015fahid\u0259 stansiyalar\u0131n\u0131n, kosmosun t\u0259dqiqi il\u0259 m\u0259\u015f\u011ful olan dig\u0259r m&uuml;\u0259ssis\u0259l\u0259rin yarad\u0131lmas\u0131, onlarla y&uuml;ks\u0259kixtisasl\u0131 m&uuml;t\u0259x\u0259ssisin yeti\u015fm\u0259si, s&ouml;z&uuml;n \u0259sl m\u0259nas\u0131nda, y&uuml;ks\u0259k \u0259n\u0259n\u0259l\u0259r\u0259 malik bir astronomiya m\u0259kt\u0259binin formala\u015fmas\u0131 m\u0259hz bu d&ouml;vr\u0259 t\u0259sad&uuml;f edir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Az\u0259rbaycanda astrofizika r\u0259s\u0259dxanas\u0131n\u0131n yarad\u0131lmas\u0131 ideyas\u0131 1927-ci ild\u0259 ortaya &ccedil;\u0131xm\u0131\u015fd\u0131r. H\u0259min il Leninqrad Astronomiya \u0130nstitutunun q\u0131sam&uuml;dd\u0259tli ekspedisiyas\u0131 Az\u0259rbaycana g\u0259lmi\u015f v\u0259 yerli m&uuml;t\u0259x\u0259ssis \u0130.A.Bena\u015fvilinin d\u0259 i\u015ftirak\u0131 il\u0259 bir s\u0131ra zonalar\u0131n iqlim v\u0259 relyefi il\u0259 tan\u0131\u015fl\u0131q ba\u015f tutmu\u015fdur.<br \/>\n1939-1946-c\u0131 ill\u0259rd\u0259 Az\u0259rbaycan D&ouml;vl\u0259t Universiteti v\u0259 dig\u0259r ali t\u0259hsil ocaqlar\u0131nda astrofizikan\u0131n t\u0259drisi h\u0259yata ke&ccedil;irilm\u0259y\u0259 ba\u015flad\u0131. Universitetd\u0259 astrofizika laboratoriyas\u0131 yarad\u0131ld\u0131 v\u0259 m&uuml;\u015fahid\u0259l\u0259r &uuml;&ccedil;&uuml;n x&uuml;susi sah\u0259 ayr\u0131ld\u0131. Eyni zamanda, burada x&uuml;susi astronomiya t\u0259qviml\u0259ri burax\u0131l\u0131rd\u0131. Bu i\u015fl\u0259rd\u0259 Leninqrad v\u0259 Moskva astronomlar\u0131 da i\u015ftrak edirdi. 1963-c&uuml; ild\u0259 g\u0259l\u0259c\u0259k r\u0259s\u0259dxanan\u0131n yeri tam d\u0259qiql\u0259\u015fdi. Az\u0259rbaycan\u0131n tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f aliml\u0259ri H\u0259s\u0259n \u018fliyev v\u0259 Yusif M\u0259mm\u0259d\u0259liyevin t\u0259\u015f\u0259bb&uuml;s&uuml; il\u0259 yarad\u0131lan r\u0259s\u0259dxana B&ouml;y&uuml;k Qafqaz da\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u015fimal-\u015f\u0259rqind\u0259 Bak\u0131dan t\u0259qrib\u0259n 150 km m\u0259saf\u0259d\u0259 yerl\u0259\u015fir. M&uuml;t\u0259x\u0259ssisl\u0259rin yekdil q\u0259rar\u0131 il\u0259 r\u0259s\u0259dxana yarad\u0131lmas\u0131 &uuml;&ccedil;&uuml;n \u0259n optimal yer \u015eamax\u0131 rayonunun Pirqulu da\u011f\u0131 hesab olundu. Bunlarla yana\u015f\u0131, su x\u0259ttinin &ccedil;\u0259kilm\u0259si, telefon v\u0259 teleqraf rabit\u0259si, \u015eamax\u0131-Pirqulu yolunun \u0259sasl\u0131 t\u0259miri d\u0259 n\u0259z\u0259rd\u0259 tutulurdu.<br \/>\n\u015eamax\u0131 Astrofizika R\u0259s\u0259dxanas\u0131n\u0131n yarad\u0131lmas\u0131 bar\u0259d\u0259 d&ouml;vl\u0259t q\u0259rar\u0131 1959-cu ilin sonlar\u0131nda q\u0259bul edilmi\u015fdir. H\u0259min il noyabr\u0131n 17-d\u0259 Az\u0259rbaycan SSR Nazirl\u0259r Sovetinin 975 sayl\u0131 &ldquo;\u015eamax\u0131 Astrofizika R\u0259s\u0259dxanas\u0131n\u0131n t\u0259\u015fkili haqq\u0131nda&rdquo; q\u0259rar\u0131 imzaland\u0131. Bu q\u0259rar \u0259sas\u0131nda Az\u0259rbaycan SSR Elml\u0259r Akademiyas\u0131n\u0131n 13 yanvar 1960-c\u0131 il tarixli 1 sayl\u0131 &ldquo;Az\u0259rbaycan SSR Elml\u0259r Akademiyas\u0131 \u015eamax\u0131 Astrofizika R\u0259s\u0259dxanas\u0131n\u0131n t\u0259\u015fkili haqq\u0131nda&rdquo; q\u0259rar\u0131 q\u0259bul edildi. Faktiki olaraq, \u015eAR-\u0131n bir institut kimi f\u0259aliyy\u0259ti h\u0259min vaxtdan ba\u015flay\u0131r. Q\u0259rara \u0259sas\u0259n, r\u0259s\u0259dxanan\u0131n yarad\u0131lmas\u0131nda b&ouml;y&uuml;k xidm\u0259tl\u0259ri olan \u015f\u0259xsl\u0259rd\u0259n biri H.Sultanov r\u0259s\u0259dxanan\u0131n ilk direktoru v\u0259zif\u0259sin\u0259 t\u0259sdiq olundu.<br \/>\n\u015eAR-da ilk teleskop 1957-ci ild\u0259 qurulmu\u015fdur. Xromosfer-Fotosfer adl\u0131 G&uuml;n\u0259\u015f teleskopundan 35 ild\u0259n &ccedil;ox G&uuml;n\u0259\u015fin patrul m&uuml;\u015fahid\u0259l\u0259ri &uuml;&ccedil;&uuml;n istifad\u0259 olunmu\u015fdur.<br \/>\n1964-c&uuml; ilin dekabr ay\u0131nda \u015eAR-da yeni teleskop istifad\u0259y\u0259 verildi. AST-452 adl\u0131 teleskop fotoqrafik m&uuml;\u015fahid\u0259l\u0259r &uuml;&ccedil;&uuml;n n\u0259z\u0259rd\u0259 tutulmu\u015fdur. Kompakt v\u0259 qapal\u0131 oldu\u011fundan teleskopda al\u0131nan t\u0259svir &ccedil;ox keyfiyy\u0259tli olur. Bu qur\u011fu Kazan\u0131n optik-mexaniki zavodunda x&uuml;susi sifari\u015fl\u0259 haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015fd\u0131r.<br \/>\n1970-ci ild\u0259 \u015eAR-da g&uuml;zg&uuml;s&uuml;n&uuml;n diametri 700 mm olan fotoelektrik teleskopun (AZT-8) in\u015fas\u0131 ba\u015fa &ccedil;atd\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Teleskop s\u0259ma cisiml\u0259rinin fotoelektrik, polyarimetrik v\u0259 spektral m&uuml;\u015fahid\u0259l\u0259r &uuml;&ccedil;&uuml;n n\u0259z\u0259rd\u0259 tutulurdu.<br \/>\nR\u0259s\u0259dxana \u0259razisind\u0259 g&uuml;zg&uuml;s&uuml;n&uuml;n diametrinin b&ouml;y&uuml;kl&uuml;y&uuml;n\u0259 g&ouml;r\u0259 birinci yerd\u0259 dayanan 2 metrlik teleskop 1966-c\u0131 il sentyabr ay\u0131n\u0131n 20-d\u0259 istifad\u0259y\u0259 verilmi\u015f v\u0259 1967-ci ilin sonlar\u0131nda m&uuml;\u015fahid\u0259y\u0259 tam haz\u0131r v\u0259ziyy\u0259t\u0259 g\u0259tirilmi\u015fdir.
