Haz\u0131rda t\u0259hsil m\u00fcdd\u0259ti 5 il v\u0259 daha \u00e7ox olan h\u0259rbi qulluq\u00e7u haz\u0131rlayan x\u00fcsusi t\u0259yinatl\u0131 t\u0259hsil m\u00fc\u0259ssis\u0259l\u0259rini bitirmi\u015f h\u0259rbi qulluq\u00e7ular \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn \u201cleytenant\u201d h\u0259rbi r\u00fctb\u0259sind\u0259 olma m\u00fcdd\u0259ti 1 il m\u00fc\u0259yy\u0259n edilir.
